Q. What are your hours?

A. We’re available for rental scheduling and questions from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For rental pickups and drop-offs are between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM for the time being.

Q. What cities do you offer rentals in?

A. We provide rentals in the following cities in Davis and Weber County. Bountiful, Centerville, Clearfield, Clinton, Farmington, Farr West, Fruit Heights, Harrisville, Hooper, Kaysville, Layton, Marriott-Slaterville, North Ogden, North Salt Lake, Ogden, Plain City, Pleasant View, Riverdale, Roy, South Ogden, South Weber, Sunset, Syracuse, Uintah, Washington Terrace, West Bountiful, West Haven, West Point, Woods Cross

Q. What types of trailers do you offer for rent?

A. We currently offer utility trailers and flatbed car haulers. We're also working on adding enclosed cargo and dump trailers to our fleet.

Q. What are the requirements to rent a trailer?

A. You must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and carry an insurance policy that covers liability for the trailer on the towing vehicle. Please confirm with your insurance agent before renting.

Q. Does my vehicle need to meet any requirements to rent a trailer?

A. Yes, your vehicle must have sufficient towing capacity, the correct hitch, and functional lights and brakes. Please ensure your vehicle meets these requirements before renting.

Q. What is your policy on cancellations or changes to a reservation?

A. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time. If you cancel within 24 hours of the pickup time, you will receive a 50% refund.

Q. What is your policy on late returns?

A. We charge a fee of $25 per hour past the return date and time listed on the rental order.

Q. Do you have a physical location?

A. Not at the moment. We’re currently working on building our business and hope to have a physical location in the future.

Q. Do you track the trailers?

A. Yes, we use trackers to benefit both the company and our customers. This allows us to recover the trailer and monitor its location if it's stolen during your rental. We prioritize transparency and want you to know about this feature.

Q. What can I expect when inquiring about a rental?

A. On our website, select the trailer you’re interested in and click “Request Rental Order,” then enter your desired rental dates. This will prompt you to create an account and upload your driver’s license and insurance card. Once your information is reviewed, we’ll send you a rental agreement to sign digitally and a payment link. The trailer is not reserved until we receive both payment and the signed agreement. On the rental day, we’ll place a temporary hold on the deposit, which won’t be deducted from your account and will be refunded once the trailer is returned in good condition with no missing equipment.

Q. What can I expect when picking up and dropping off my rental?

A. At pickup, we’ll meet at the agreed location. After verifying your driver’s license and insurance, we’ll inspect the trailer together for any damage, including tires and accessories. When you return the trailer, we’ll inspect it again to ensure everything is in order.
